Offsite Storage Pricing

Offsite storage is offered in 10GB units and 100GB units. Pricing depends on whether you are using nationwide or global storage.

For instance, if you need 130GB of offsite storage, you could purchase (1) quantity 100GB and (3) quantity 10GB, or purchase (2) quantity 100GB.

In addition, pricing depends on the location where your data is stored. We have four options, one of which will almost certainly meet your needs.

  • Northwest: Your data is stored either in Bellingham, Mount Vernon or Seattle. This is at least 15 miles away from your head office in case of disaster.

  • Denver: Your data is stored in Denver, Colorado.

  • USA Geo-Redundant: Your data is primarily stored in the Northwest and replicated to Denver, Colorado daily.

  • Global Geo-Redundant: The ultimate in data archiving, especially useful for offshore operations. Your data is stored in Denver, with daily replication to San Diego, Japan, Switzerland or the United Arab Emirates - your choice!

Please note: This is the total offsite storage space you will use, not the size of a single backup data set. To determine how much storage you need, you need to capacity plan.


*USA Geo-Redundant offsite storage is replication to secure facilities in California and Colorado.

**Global Geo-Redundant offsite storage is USA Geo-Redundant plus replication to Japan, Switzerland or the United Arab Emirates.

2010.07.15 NAS.COM wholesale VPS and WebHosting services
This fall, OpenAccess will be re-purposing the 'nas.com' domain name to provide VPS and WebHosting services, primarily wholesale to web developers. If you have an e-mail address @nas.com, or a personal website located at http://www.nas.com/~yourusername, those services will continue be supported although we will not be accepting new accounts.

Due to popular request, we now have a Joomla auto-installer available on our newer cPanel® servers.  This allows customers to quickly and easily install Joomla on their website.  The auto-installer is available under the 'site software' section in the administrative interface of your webhosting account.
